Bad smell typically begins in the toilet. And sometimes, due to a lack of home maintenance capabilities, this bad smell already becomes intolerable.
Now, there are plenty of ways a homeowner can get rid of unpleasant odors especially at home in the bathroom. One may use do – it-yourself or DIY Bathroom air fresheners.
Below are some of the tested bathroom scents you can try to fresh the smell of your bathroom and make the surroundings of your home more attractive:
First is cinnamon stick candles. You need to have pillar candles that are at least 3 inches in diameter, cinnamon sticks, floral shears, glue gun, and dish or coaster.
What you need to do is measure candle height. Cut cinnamon sticks to size with floral shears. Usually, it requires 20 lengths per candle. Run hot glue with cinnamon stick. Affix it vertically to the side of the candle. To minimize melting, set it to a low temperature.
Once the first stick is dry, glue the next stick snugly against it. Repeat to cover the candle. Place the finished candle on a dish or coaster.
Take note that this does not only smell good, but it also looks good.
You can also try baking soda which is not only helpful in making the refrigerator fresh but your room to smell new as well. You will just have to use baking dosa, essential oil, mason jar, scrapbook paper, tapestry needle, scissors, and pen.
There’s still plenty of do-it-yourself or DIY bathroom scents, only look for the one that suits your taste.
